What Is a Simple Will?
*A “Simple Will” is a will for an individual or married couple with straightforward wishes for passing their assets. It typically:
Leaves property directly to a spouse, children, or named beneficiaries
Has no complex trust provisions or conditional gifts
Does not require estate tax planning
Does not involve business ownership or property in multiple states
Does not involve blended family arrangements or anticipated disputes
If your needs go beyond these parameters, we’ll discuss the best approach and whether a different estate plan is appropriate

Why Flat Fees Work for You
Flat fees mean you know the cost before we begin. Your plan includes one-on-one attorney time to understand your situation, explain your options, and create documents tailored to your needs.
A well-prepared estate plan helps prevent costly disputes, avoids unnecessary court involvement, and gives you peace of mind knowing your wishes will be honored.
