What Is a Simple Will?

*A “Simple Will” is a will for an individual or married couple with straightforward wishes for passing their assets. It typically:

  • Leaves property directly to a spouse, children, or named beneficiaries

  • Has no complex trust provisions or conditional gifts

  • Does not require estate tax planning

  • Does not involve business ownership or property in multiple states

  • Does not involve blended family arrangements or anticipated disputes

If your needs go beyond these parameters, we’ll discuss the best approach and whether a different estate plan is appropriate

Why Flat Fees Work for You

Flat fees mean you know the cost before we begin. Your plan includes one-on-one attorney time to understand your situation, explain your options, and create documents tailored to your needs.

A well-prepared estate plan helps prevent costly disputes, avoids unnecessary court involvement, and gives you peace of mind knowing your wishes will be honored.
